You can see the status of your current holds by logging into My Library Account.
Then click on your name in the upper right corner to show the drop down menu and click on My Requests.
Once you check out an item on hold, it is removed from this list.
Items from the same branch as your pickup location are usually available the same day. Holds are pulled twice a day. You'll receive an email when an item you've placed a hold on is ready to be picked up.
Items that must be delivered between branches, including remote storage, take longer. Deliveries are only twice a week.
