Try clearing your Browser cookies and cache (in settings) and try again. Or try another browser. This often fixes the problem most of the time. In some instances, you may need to restart your browser. Make sure that your browser(s) are updated to the latest version.

Note that while some databases or ebooks have unlimited simultaneous users access, others may have limited simultaneous users or a single-user license.

One example of a single-user database is the Neighborhood Change Database 1970-2010
(https://guides.lib.vt.edu/neighborhood-change).

You may get the following message when more than one user is trying to access the database:

Session limit exceeded. Please try again later.
