- Q: Are you looking in the right location? Some items are shelved in special locations.
- Q: Do you have the complete call number? You'll need the full call number to locate the book.
If you can't find the book on the shelf, contact the Newman Services Desk or staff in the branch library for help.
Otherwise use the "Place hold" button in your Library Account, just as you would to request the book be pulled for you. (You can add that the book is missing in the Hold Notes field). That will start our process for searching for the book. If it is found, we'll hold it for you at the Services Desk and email you.
Additionally, if the book is not located you can request the book from another library through Interlibrary Loan. If you log in to My Library Record before you view missing book records in Koha, you will see a link to ILLiad that will fill auto-populate the book information for you.
