Interlibrary Loan (ILL) process requests Monday through Friday and usually requests are submitted to lending libraries within a few hours or less after the request is submitted by the patron.
Most articles are received within 1-2 days, with some arriving the same day. Books and other media, depending on the lending library's location and shipping method, can arrive within a few days to a week or more.
