Interlibrary Loan (ILL) processes requests Monday through Friday. In most cases, requests are sent to lending libraries within a few hours—or even sooner—after the patron submits them.
Most articles arrive within 1–2 days, and some are delivered the same day. Books and other media may take several days to over a week to arrive, depending on the lending library’s location and shipping method.
