You can track the progress of your Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request on your ILLiad account using the status definitions.
Depending on the lending library, items are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other services that have different shipping methods and delivery schedules.
You will be emailed when an item is available for pick-up, or will be mailed to your address on file for extended users. Additionally, you can view a list of received materials on your ILLiad account.
