If you created a personal account on O'Reilly that you individually paid for using your VT email address, it won't be associated with the library's subscription. O'Reilly support can fix that and reconnect your email to our account.
Email support@oreilly.com and note your VT email address and that it should be affiliated with Virginia Tech's institutional account.
