Ulrich's Periodical Directory will indicate if a journal is open access. Search the journal's title and look for the open access icon, open access icon. (Ulrich's will also indicate if the journal is refereed/peer-reviewed.)

Another source is the Directory of Open Access Journals. Search the journal's title and if it is listed in the results, it is an open access journal. For further information, please check our Research Guide about Open Access Journals.
