The wireless network in Newman Library and the branches is provided and managed by the university's networking department (we don't run it ourselves like many public libraries).
Access to the university's wireless network is restricted to current students, faculty, and staff. Access actually requires a paid account; students pay through their technology fee while faculty and staff must have a wired account in their office to be eligible for a wireless account.
The campus makes use of the academic Eduroam network, so if you have access to Eduroam through another campus, you can use that same login on our campus.
We do provide a large number of wired computers throughout the building that are open for guests to use.
