This message occurs when your account is already open on another printing terminal. If you have recently swiped your card at another printing terminal, you need to go back to that terminal and log out of your account. If you continue to receive this error, please go to the Print Center, located on the second floor of Newman library, so our staff may assist you. If there is no staff at the Print Center, please go to the Services Desk, located across from the Print Center, for further assistance.
