This message occurs when your account is already open on another printing terminal. If you have recently swiped your card at another printing terminal, you need to go back to that terminal and log out of your account. If you continue to receive this error, please ask our staff at the Services Desk at any of the branch libraries for further assistance during daytime opening hours. At Newman library, the Service Desk is located across from the Print Center on the second floor. Staff at other Virginia Tech University Libraries branches may also assist you.
