Q. How do I find a company's 10-K report?

Is the company public or private? Only  public companies provide financial information, like annual reports, or 10-K reports.

There are a few ways to look for 10-K reports:

• Check on the company’s website (usually hidden under "Investor Relations")
• Look the company up on Mergent Online
• Retrieve the reports directly from the SEC within their Edgar files
