Yes, the Virginia Tech yearbook, The Bugle, is available online. Check the catalog to see print holdings, as well as a link to the online archives of The Bugle. Between 1925 and 1931, women students at Virginia Tech (then VPI) produced four issues of their own yearbook, The Tin Horn, which is also available online.
The most extensive print collection is located in Special Collections on the 1st floor of Newman Library. These materials do not circulate and must be used within the Special Collections reading area. Additional copies, many of which can be checked out, are located on the 3rd floor in the call number LD5655 V8 B8.
