Most media equipment is loaned through the Studios Technology Lending Desk (Lending Desk), located on Torgersen Bridge, Room 3320, at the Virginia Tech Blacksburg campus. Patrons can access the studio through Torgersen Bridge, via the 3rd floor of Torgersen Hall, or from the 4th floor of Newman Library.
Consultations are available by-appointment; visit the consultations page to book an appointment. For technology lending inquiries, email techlending@vt.edu or call 540-231-9201.
Accessories, including adapters, HDMI/VGA cables, calculators, laptop or phone chargers, DVD drives, keyboards, and mice can be checked out from the Newman Services Desk, located on the second floor of Newman Library during daytime hours. See the following FAQ for more information.
