Q. How do I check how much money I have to be able to print?

Checking Print Account Balance with your Hokie Passport or Community Borrowers Card:

You can check your print account funds by logging onto the MyPrintCenter website, by swiping your card at any of the printers in the library, or at the Cash to Card machine located next to the Print Center, across from the Library Services Desk, on the second floor of Newman Library or several other locations on campus. Please also note the following:

Hokie Passport Card Users:

• Our printers debit from your Hokie Passport Account (an account separate from your Dining Dollars and Flex Dollars). Your Hokie Passport Account is also used for campus vending machines, laundry, and businesses around town.
• You can view your current balance by logging into Hokie Spa. Click on Hokie Wallet, then Hokie Passport Services.  And then you will be able to click on Account Balances and Transaction History to see your balance. 
• You can add funds to that account with your Hokie Passport Card by using the Cash to Card machines in Newman library or elsewhere on campus, online deposit through Hokie Spa, or visiting the Hokie Passport office in person. Cash to Card is instant; online deposits may be available within 15 minutes, but can take up to 24 hours.
• Your family can also view and add funds by logging into Hokie Wallet.

Community Borrowers Card Users:

• Community Borrowers Card account can add funds for use in printing, photocopying, faxing, or paying fines at the Cash to Card machine located next to the Print Center, across from the Library Services Desk, on the second floor of Newman Library or several other locations on campus.
