Yes, as long as your account remains in the Banner system. 

You'll need to contact your former department's Human Resources support person each year to maintain your Banner account (otherwise your account will automatically deactivate). As long as that account is active, you can access online resources except HathiTrust, and you can check out materials with your Hokie Passport.
