How do I download my FAR or the P&T dossier from the UDC?
This will show you how to download a faculty activity report, such as a FAR, and add activity data to Elements so that it imports correctly into the report.

To download your FAR or the Promotion & Tenure (P&T) dossier from the University Data Commons Faculty Reports Portal, we recommend you follow these steps:
- Download your college FAR or P&T dossier template, which provide instructions on where activities should be entered in Elements for import into the report.
- Add your activity data for the reporting period into Elements.
- Return to the UDC and download your FAR or P&T dossier to ensure your Elements data imported correctly.
