The University Libraries Proctoring Team can proctor your exams. Our proctor hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:00 until 5:00 and Friday from 8:00 until noon. There is no weekend proctoring. Exams that do not have a specified time period will be proctored for a 2-hour block. Please let us know at least a week in advance when your test is coming so we can get you on the schedule and find a proctor.
To begin the process, go to the library's proctoring form and fill out your personal information, exam dates, institution, and any other pertinent information. The earlier you fill out the form, the more likely we'll be able to accommodate your request. You will get a reply via email. Often the school where you are taking your class will have its own proctoring form to be filled out and signed by the student and the proctor. Allow at least 5 business days for your exams to arrive.
