Normally when you get this error message, it means you have registered more than once and you are using an old username or password. Accounts are also disabled when we determine you are no longer affiliated with the university (only currently enrolled students and currently employed faculty and staff can use ILL services).

Please call the Interlibrary Loan office at 540-231-6344 during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am - 3pm) if you need assistance logging in.
