Over 95% of Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requested articles and book chapters are delivered in PDF format to the patron's ILLiad account.
However, due to copyright issues or other restrictions placed on some materials, only print copies are allowed and cannot be transmitted electronically. In these cases, the print copy is either placed for pick up at Newman Library Services Desk on the second floor, or at other designated library branches.
Extended users and faculty members on the Blacksburg campus can select to have these items mailed to their homes or offices.
