Of course! Interlibrary Loan operates year-round. Requests may be submitted through ILLiad at any time from any place.

ILL items can be picked up and returned to the Circulation Desk during Newman Library Operating Hours. For off-campus students, items can either be returned to the NVC or WAAC branches, or returned using the enclosed UPS pre-paid label located in each borrowed book.

The only time Interlibrary Loan closes is the end of the year, when other libraries stop filling ILL requests due to holiday closings, reduced staffing, and mail slowdowns. ILLiad requests are still accepted and are processed when the university re-opens.
