Discovery Search indexes so much content that known items can get lost in search results.

The two fastest means of getting to known items is to either use the advanced search screen where you can search for words within the title of an item, or to enclose your title in quotes so it is searched as a phrase.  Another means would be to limit the facet to the source type - scholarly, journal, newspaper, book etc.
