Start on the catalog's advanced search screen. Switch to the Item Type tab and limit your results to DVD. If you want just a particular genre, you can add that to the search box on top of the screen (comedy, romance) otherwise leave your search blank. Then click the Search button.
On the results page, change the sort to Acquisition date: Newest to Oldest. The newest DVDs will be at the top of the list.
